Philippine log riding!

Let's admit it, many can ride a long board but very few really rides it well with style, grace and attitude. 

Junior Ventura is one of the best log rider here in the Philippines. Still riding for Aloha Boardsports, He is a pioneer in terms of log riding the malibu style.  

a few months back,  whenever i shoot, i can still see Junior using his Mctavish "diyosa" board. but now he no longer use it. I asked him why? He said I no longer can ride it because it's really old and beaten, the deck is full of dings and repairs, " I can't perform well using it, well i rode it to many championships when it is still new"  he said.. 

Junior Ventura will again compete for the 14th La Union Longboard Open, let's wait 

and see what equipment will Junior use. We all know that you can't compete with a log. He needs a new board for the competition. His sponsor might consider giving him a new board to use.:)
