One Darigayos Day 2013

It was a special day, I've been monitoring the forecast for over a month now, hoping that Darigayos cove will work. And yeah it did yesterday. Gathered and told my friends that it should be breaking and it was a good time for us to just relax and just glide with our longboards. It's the only spot yesterday that was clean, small, and fun. Hope all of you guys experienced what we had yesterday.

Visiting the North Coast of Pagudpud

We had the chance to visit one of Philippines most photogenic surf spot, Pagudpud.
It was the time of the year when you just want to travel and be in another place with your closest friends, We left Elyu with shoulder high waves and drove our way up to the north coast.

Dos Hermanos, One of Pagudpud's most photographed  Island mountain.

Took the shot early morning.

I spent most of my time chillin' in my hammock tied in one of the Nipa Huts infront of Heartbreak.
Also overlooking the twin mountains, Dos Hermanos.

This lady slider got style.
Carla S.

Mostly it was flat, we only had surf for a day, but as surfers, we enjoyed the company of our friends, what is important is you share the joy surfing as a whole can offer.
Big thanks to my brothers and sisters.
Elfen, Mia, Tanjun, Keks, Carla, Boboy, Vinni, Paola and to Gus the dog.
I shot mostly with Film, so just hang  in their and wait for my film shots.
Thanks.

Elyu's Young generation

============================================================

A lot of Elyu kids started longboarding at a very young age, this is their kind of play,Surfing. They're not just riding those big boards , but they hang their little toes better than most of the older generations.

As one of the older generation, It is our duty to keep them motivated to go to school at the same time encourage them to continue surfing. Let's not baby them, giving things to them is not bad, but we shouldn't give things that force them to skip school. Give something they can use for school too. Yes, I know we're just being generous, but be generous in a good way that will benefit them in the long term.

Let us be role models to them, they need us, they need our guidance, our protection and our advice.
In no time, they will grow and become just like us, Let's train them to become responsible adults, I know for sure if we do this, they will also give back the favor to the next generation.

Be responsible, be good, be a role model.

the Sea Gypsies

I had the chance, once again, to surf with one of longboarding's most graceful pair of foot on earth.
We surfed mostly the log perfect spots in Baler, spots like the pedervera, lindy's , lobot, and the Charlie's point. I also got the chance to be with
friends again that shares the same passion, logging.

I managed to snap some late afternoon photos last April 20, 2013 and here's what I got.
Big thanks to Pau ( Mia Sebastians friend) for the camera.

Late afternoon session about to start.

Even non surfers were amazed on how bindy navigates her seacraft

It would have been a perfect capture.
Oh well next time.

I will surely go back to Baler this time of year next season.
And I will be ready.

Again, I hope you enjoyed viewing the photos, feel free to share.
